“I aim to hold a steady focus and love for the place, plants, people, and animal people who are teaching us. To live with them and experience direct knowing informs my practice with adoration. I am asked to be in a dance with them and not to extract but rather to see all things in their glory and flux.

The living/learning of the ever unfolding mystery of life and its gracious possibilities for joy and

health is what I am ever praying to attune to. The altar that I serve is the altar of rapture and

euphoria. I am here to anoint the moment with the ecstatic joy found in worshipping all the

wonders and mystery of Living and Creation. I lean on the principles of great design and play as a celebration of a good and well-examined life, with the knowledge that joy is in the most simple moments and all one needs to do is notice them.”

This show is a about the beauty of Devotion.

How lovingly tending to something changes us. Noticing how Devotion is a practice and that practice shapes us and molds is into becoming better humans. These altars remind us to move forth into consistency and to be in awe of the what it means to be called into the responsibilities of the human experience.
To be in deeper relationship with the Divine.

These altars invite us celebrate and deeply ponder upon human emotions such as Grace, Compassion, Mercy, Beauty, Loving Kindness and Wonder. To be in awe of plants and flowers and all they have to teach us as the great teachers that they are. Honoring our relationship to them. To enter deeper into the grotto of our hearts is become more human!
